Probably seen before, but I picked this up and flicked through during graaghmas dinner, where it had become a present for someone. My yoga reading had been confined mostly to Iyengar’s Light on Yoga, and long in the distant past, Beryl Bender Birch’s Power Yoga. This one I got mainly for the illustrations, but the first three chapters (yeahyeah, first blah blahs …) are something special.
Now I spend my time thinking about my sacroiliac joint nutating and counternutating (ok, new word for me also, just think of it as rocking; innominate tilt, anyone?), and imagine this book is going to get dog-eared in very soon.
