As much as I love my forlorn wall in Iranischestr, going there today was an exercise in avoiding broken bottles and piss. Piss of the human male kind. So I went west to Schillerpark and the famous wall there. 400 meters of sandstone that’s a little on the slabby side (about 85º), but catches the sun all day. It’s pretty easy climbing, definitely not the suffering of Iranischestr, but it’s possible by elimination to make it hard, even before facing the endurance of 50 metre laps.
