I’m really not one for anniversaries, and have even forgotten my birthday a couple of times, but feeling the need for a bit of self-congratulation as well as feeling quite bewildered at how it happened, I realised I’ve had two anniversaries of enormous, monumental, and huge significance in the last couple of days.
The first, on April 7th, yesterday (so getting well trashed at Japanese New Music Festival seems a good way to have celebrated, even though I’d forgotten) marked the fourth year since I first touched down at Guangzhou Baiyun Airport after a couple of days in Vietnam for my Asialink gig at Guangdong Modern Dance Company. The second, half that from two years ago on the fourth of April, is when I started blogging on supernaut.
